Hatred for Tourist.

Okay, this may sound like it is a rant and it kind of is one, but I have to get it out before it forms into an ulcer or something.
  This weekend has been awful,  it had gotten busy out of no where and it wouldn't have been to bad if the world's dumbest morons I have ever seen in my life. Now if you have the same sort of job that I have you will probably understand where I am coming from. I work the front desk at a hotel in one of the worst towns in TN for traffic cause our small city's solution to solve the traffic issues is more traffic lights and start on roads to help cut traffic down and stop in the middle of it. The town I live in isn't very big at all and it is a town dependent on the tourism, most of the tourist aren't to bad but then you get a batch of tourist coming in that you seriously have to question if they should be let out of the house at all cause they do the dumbest shit or just have zero common sense, which I will give an example of now.
 Okay last night, I had a person coming to check in, and I knew they were going to annoy the crap out of me when they couldn't figure out how to open the door for nearly 7 minutes until I had to go over and open the door for them so they could get in, now during the process of checking them in it took me more than ten minutes to do so cause they couldn't count the money they was getting out to pay, after waiting for that, I asked them if they had a credit/debit card and told them that it would go much faster that way.After getting the payment out of the way, it takes them over five minutes to sign the paperwork with the acknowledgements of not being responsible for injury, theft etc., because they forgot their own damn name initials, I mean seriously how the hell do you do that. So the process of checking them in was done and telling them their room number which was the third one down from the office and they still couldn't figure out how to open the after just seeing me do  it, so i had to open it again for them.So now they couldn't find the damn room, so I had to literally take them to their room, cause I watched them walk by it at least eight times, I don't understand how they couldn't find it, I mean the room number is written on the key-card sleeve, and the room number is on the door. Now for my favorites and by my favorites I mean the ones I hate the most, I had this one group come to check and asked to see the room, so I showed them the room and they liked and checked into it, not even 30 minutes after they check in they wanted their money back, because the wall outlet was hanging out, the pipes under the sink busted and there was a hole in the wall, so I went down to check the room after I locked up the office long enough to g and check it out, which none of that should have been as they said, cause I had cleaned that room myself personally where the housekeeper had to leave early and I know for a fact that , none of that was wrong with the room before the people checked into it. So I told them they needed to leave the property , to I will call the police and have them arrested for property damages done, that they had in fact done, in order to get money back, or repaid for damages etc..
  I normally do not mind very old people, because sometimes they do have interesting stories to tell, and some of them are really funny, but when your nearly ninety years old and on oxygen and all that other stuff, you just don't need to go on trips like I have seen them do, when your in that sort of condition, just stay home and relax and be comfortable with what time you have left. But that is just what I think personally.
 

 Okay it ran a little long there so yeah it did turn into a rant, oh well you all can deal with it. :)
